Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

Easy to use It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner Easy to upload specific documents for editing. When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

Great support from the team, especially Kara Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. It was a little slow at the beginning… It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Thank you for todays agent.

Just started using it . Too early, but looks Good! 10/2/2020 I have been using PDFfiller and it is great! I am using my own PDF forms, therefore, I would rather browse the files on my computer rather drag and drop. But this is a personal preference. The drag and drop does work. I am using it to prepare and send contracts to customers and it is well accepted. I have attempted to do this with other popular word processing and spreadsheets and they are very complicated and don't work for me. I like PDFfiller very much.
