The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

Excellent service and customer service! Disappointed however that the maximum number of pages allowable is 150. I'm working with much larger documents. The rest is great though.

There should not be an option for…
There should not be an option for alteration on the PDF document. For example, when I tried to type my name, I made a mistake and I back space the mistake but I ended up deleting the line on the original PDF document. A program like this should not give me the option to do that. Other than that, I felt like PDF Filer got the job done for me.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. How do I merge features in Arc GIS?
Click the Edit tool. On the Editor toolbar. Click the features you want to merge. The features must be from the same layer. Click the Editor menu and click Merge. Click the feature that the features will be merged into and will supply the attributes for the merged feature. Click OK.

In RCMP, click the Editor drop-down menu on the Editor toolbar, and select Start Editing. In the Table Of Contents, right-click the selected layer or stand-alone table, and select the Open Attribute Table or Open option, depending on the data source. Select Table Options > Add Field.
