So far the app itself is great. A bit disappointed that the add on internet said cost would be 35.00 and change but when it came time to pay, couldn't get to pay pal choice and cost charged to my card was 75 dollars for basic, one year.

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. Great for making a pdf fillable planner
I've tried Adobe & SODA pdf & both were a nightmare:/
From ctrl not being able to multi-selesct, text boxes not duplicating with a new names (meaning I would have to re-name or re-make 10000 boxes manually...)
I've had a really good experience with pdf filler! It has everything I need to easily add fillable fields & make my planner useable. Thank you finally a product that matches my requirements.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

How do I draft a new deed?
Fill in your name as granter, the identity of the person or entity you are transferring it to and the real property description. Sign the deed in front of a notary, then give it to the grantee and make sure it gets filed at the appropriate government office for recording deeds.
