It was frustrating at the beginning. I don't know how to rename a document. I will try and read the manual within the next week. I will attend the webinar.

Excellent customer service!
I used the pdfFiller when I had no access to a printer- it was efficient and easy to use. However this was a one off and thought I had cancelled my subscription. When I saw I was being charged I was concerned as I have no need for the service on a subscription, however I contacted pdfFiller customer services explaining my situation and I received a very reassuring reply from Max and the pending transaction was cancelled immediately. If I ever need the service again I wouldn’t hesitate to use pdfFiller or recommend them. Outstanding customer service.

Using the app has been pretty easy so far
Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.

Navigate to the pdfFiller and login if you’re already a registered user or sign up

Click the Add New button and browse for a file you need to compress, from your desktop or cloud storage

Additionally, search for the documents in the file library, enter the document’s URL, or send it via email

If you have the document you need saved to your account, go to the My Documents section and find it there
