SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking.
The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.

It has helped me merge my PDF documents and i am able to re-arrange pages. I wish it was not limiting the number of pages though. The number of pages increases once you merge a document and once it exceeds that 150 pages, it does not allow one to re-arrange the pages.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.
