This program is excellent, there is a form for just about anything you need! This software has become a go to for pretty much every PDF file I have to create. I have used it to create forms that our midsize business uses on a daily basis. I find it to be very user friendly and a quick and easy way to get what you need. It has positively affected our costs of printing and paper, and it's good not only for our budget but for the environment too!
Customer service is not the fastest and sometimes I have a question that needs to be resolved that day. I read online that it depends on the plan you have purchased and I don't think that is the best way to treat your customers.

What do you like best?
The most helpful thing about pdfFiller is that I can take a pdf document and add text or highlight text effortlessly. It is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing to complain about with pdfFiller by airSlate. It saves me so much time there is literally nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pdfFiller by airSlate is solving problems when I needed to make changes to a pdf document and it was so hard to do without it looking jumbled until I found pdfFiller. It has saved me so much time and my documents come out looking so much cleaner and professional.

It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in
