So far, this product is meeting our needs better than competing products at a fraction of the cost. The biggest downside is that most of our forms are already fillable PDFs and your product does not recognize any of the fields set up, and will also not detect fields the way that Adobe Acrobat does.

I like the ease of use of this software. I can use existing forms or can in form that aren't in the database.
It is a little pricey for something I only use periodically.

Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! I like that making forms fillable is super easy and that the platform is affordable
What do you dislike?
pdfIller can be a little confusing to use, so it isn't necessarily intuitive when I'm trying to find my docs that I created versus the filled out ones that come to me

Open the PDF form. Right-click on the form field > click on Properties > click General. Select Required.
