I've tried a lot of online PDF programs, which have been extremely slow or not as advertised. PDFfiller is by far the best online PDF editing program on the market. With all the of available features, it made the decision to purchase this one over others that are similar very easy. The program is very easy to use. After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

I found this site by using Google. I then had a few questions that were resolved by chatting with an agent. The agent gave me a 3 day free trial. I was able to do what I needed and purchased a subscription.

The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!
