I've tried other programs to convert pdf files and it didn't work. At least you were able to convert from pdf to a document I needed to type and enter information on before submission. I would like to save my resume' in a docx. file without loosing the format. My resume is already created but I would like to make changes on it when I get a new job. Please help!!!

I made a mistake and accidentally signed up for this service. When I got the **** for $96, I was shocked. I thought it was going to be such a hassle and was so pleasantly surprised. I got a full refund within an hour of writing to them with a very nice note.

How to Use the Conform Work Feature in pdfFiller
The Conform Work feature in pdfFiller is a powerful tool that allows you to easily align and format your documents. Follow these steps to make the most out of this feature:

Click on the 'Conform Work' button located in the toolbar.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains various options to help you align and format your document.

To align text, select the text you want to align and choose the desired alignment option from the sidebar. You can align text to the left, center, or right.

To adjust the font size, select the text and use the 'Font Size' option in the sidebar. You can increase or decrease the font size as needed.

If you want to change the font style, select the text and choose a different font from the 'Font Style' dropdown menu in the sidebar.

To change the color of the text, select the text and click on the 'Text Color' option in the sidebar. You can choose from a variety of colors to customize the appearance of your document.

If you need to add bullet points or numbered lists, select the text and use the 'Bulleted List' or 'Numbered List' options in the sidebar.

How do you conform?
Normative conformity involves changing one's behavior in order to fit in with the group. Informational conformity happens when a person lacks the knowledge and looks to the group for information and direction. Identification occurs when people conform to what is expected of them based on their social roles.
What causes people to conform?
There are three main reasons as to why people conform, normative social influence, informational social influence and social impact theory. This type of social influence is associated most commonly with compliance (going along with the majority even if you don't accept their beliefs because you want to be accepted).

Not conforming helps us grow emotionally, physically and spiritually because we're free to do our own thing. We must try not to care about what other people think.
