You need t tell people that if they enter numbers with commas, the IRS filing process does not work. After lots of time and trial/error, I stumbled across that as the cause of my problems.

A Great Time Saving Tool
This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time.
The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window. Sam responded, answered my questions quickly, sent me a screenshot of the adjustment I needed to make to the print instructions. From there, everything turned out very well. Thank you Sam!

How does a quick deed work?
A quitclaim deed is a legal instrument that is used to transfer interest in real property. The entity transferring its interest is called the granter, and when the quitclaim deed is properly completed and executed, it transfers any interest the granter has in the property to a recipient, called the grantee.
Why would someone do a quit claim deed?
Quitclaim deeds are most often used to transfer property between family members. Examples include when an owner gets married and wants to add a spouse's name to the title or deed, or when the owners divorce and one spouse's name is removed from the title or deed.
Do I need a lawyer for a quit claim deed?
A quit claim deed transfers the legal ownership of the property from one party to another, and doesn't require attorneys or legal help, unless you choose to consult an attorney.
Is a quitclaim deed good?
They're as effective as a warranty deed to transfer title, but only if the title is good. A quitclaim deed can convey title as effectively as a warranty deed if the granter has a good title when the deed is delivered.
Does quit claim deed transfer ownership?
Quitclaim deed This transfers any ownership interest the granter (seller) has in the property, but it doesn't make promises about whether the title is good and if anybody else owns the property. When you sign a quitclaim deed, you're effectively giving up aka quitting your claim or rights to the property.
What happens to mortgage after quit claim deed?
If there is no mortgage, there is of course no way for the quitclaim deed to affect the mortgage. In some cases, the granter does have a mortgage while filing a quitclaim deed. The new owner will have the title of the property, but the original granter will still be liable for the outstanding mortgage.
How long does it take for a quit claim deed to take effect?
In most states, there is a period of two years following the deed's filing date during which the quitclaim deed can be contested. If either the granter or grantee wants to challenge the validity of the quitclaim deed, the challenge must be made during this time period.
How long does it take for a quit claim deed to be recorded?
This is called recording your deed. When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business.
