I am a self represented defendant in a small claims case. I cannot afford an attorney. Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...

I received pdf's from an online class that the asked me to print out, complete, scan back. I just did not want to print mostly but the entire process ... you know. pdfFiller helped out a lot, especially with the symbols (might want to add music notes).
