What do you like best?
I really like the fact that you can create your own templates and save them for future use. I also like being able to send a text to another party and have them sign electronically.
What do you dislike?
The only real complaint I have is that I keep getting signed out.

etter than expected! I us I nearly every day. It saves time and hassle,and it makes PDFS easy to customize. I love it! I go this software to fill out forms, but it does SO much more than that! I can take educational PDFS, and change items to apply to my young students. Even the younger teachers in my group will send me a PDF, and ask me to "Do your magic" on it. My "magic" is PDF filler! Wow....there isn't much I would change. It really works so very well. I might want to see a few more fonts available.

Great for easy form creation for end users I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered. Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.

Invoice Consolidation is a feature of Relationship Invoicing where multiple subscriptions can be combined onto a single invoice paid in a single transaction. But each subscription would be billed separately, resulting in multiple transactions on the customers card/bank account and multiple transaction fees for you.
In the left menu, go to Sales. Select Customers. Under the Action column, click the drop-down arrow for the customer you want to create a statement for. Choose To create Statement. Select the type of statement you want to create. Set the Statement Date, Start Date, and End Date. Click Apply. Enter the email address.
Go to Customers tab. Click on the Income Tracker. Choose Open Invoices, Overdue, or Paid Last 30 Days tab. Select all the invoices under each tab that you want to print. Click the Batch Actions drop-down and choose Print Selected.
In QuickBooks, you can create two separate invoice templates. You can choose to include the Account Summary on one template and exclude it on the other. This said, once you create the invoices, you can choose the template with or without the Account Summary for a customer.
Enter multiple bills or expenses at the same time Select New + and then Batch transactions. In the Select transaction type dropdown, select Bills or Expenses. Note: You can only enter one type of transaction at a time, either bills or expenses, but not both. Select any of the fields on line 1 to start.
