I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. Choose File > Set Password (from the File menu at the top of your screen), enter the requested information, then click Set Password.
How do you password protect an Excel file on a Mac?
Open the MS Excel for Mac file you want to encrypt and password protect.
Select File > Passwords.
In the Password to open field, type a password.
Click OK.
Reenter the same password.
Click OK.
How do I convert a PDF to a password-protected Excel file?
Locate the PDF on your computer. Right click on it and click Open With then choose Google Chrome.
Once Google Chrome has loaded, enter the password for the PDF.
Next, right-click on the PDF and select Print.
You will now have the option to choose where to save the PDF.
The PDF no longer has password protection.
How do I password protect a PDF file on a Mac?
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF that you want to password-protect.
Choose File > Export, then select Encrypt. You can also enter a new name for the PDF if you want to create a pass worded copy and keep the original PDF unencrypted.
Type a password, then retype it to verify the password.
Click Save.
