Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. My only wish is that I would have found this program years earlier! I will update my rating to include the student (recipient) experience of pdfFiller after they return their first homework assignment.

Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

"Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation.

As an inexpensive and simple tool for signing documents digitally, pdfFiller is unrivaled in value compared to other solutions offered by Adobe and others. Our company uses pdfFiller constantly to compose property deeds for our owners. We also prepare a variety of documents for our Board of Directors to sign conveniently since they are not onsite always.
It does cost more money in monthly subscription fees to have faster access to customer service. At the first time we experienced a technical problem and needed a question answered we did not have the service tier that afforded same-day replies from customer support. This was an inconvenience, but we have since upgraded our services.
