Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. There's no instructions of what forms are available. I use two that I've researched and used but a listing of all forms and a more convenient method of printing would be helpful.

I had trouble logging in to my account
I had trouble logging in to my account. It was a small issue but I sent a text message and got a reply soon after. The Customer Service at pdffiller is very responsive. I have been a customer (for creating insurance forms for my medical practice) for three years and it is an excellent service. It is user-friendly and intuitive and simple to use. I highly recommend pdffiller.

I think this is a very good software. It is easy to fill and sign a document or to create your own. I am having some trouble finding a document that I started and did not finish. And I would like to learn everything that it offers.

I was able to find any form that I needed to fill out. PdFiller was instrumental in helping me fill out additional tax forms needed to file my taxes. All the forms were there already! There's even away to have your documents sent/mailed to the intended party! I wish there was a way I could have a subscription for a much lower amount that's based on my usage. Right now the price point is decent for a person that uses it frequently like multiple times a day.

To encrypt a PDF file, follow these steps: 1) Locate the encrypted PDF file you want to encrypt, and open it in Preview on your Mac. 3) Once you're in the file, go to File > Export from the Menu Bar. 4) Make sure to rename the file, then make sure the Encrypt option is unchecked.
How do you save a PowerPoint as a PDF on a Mac?
Open the PowerPoint to be converted, then click “File.”

How do I unlock a locked PDF Mac?
Right-click on the locked PDF file.
