Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. Need to have more option to edit a document, like Microsoft Word. When editing a document, there needs to be page breaks added. it appears as one long document until you go to turn it into a PDF where it is then broken into pages. It is impossible to get the spacing right since you have to go back and forth with the document.

I started with pdfFiller almost a week… I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!

What do you like best? The tools are easy to find in PDF filler. What do you dislike? It is sometimes difficult to execute certain tasks when the pre-highlighted boxes appear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have learned how to use it better, which has negated some of the issues. It is a helpful tool for a job that requires me to fill out many PDF documents.

It would be beneficial to be able to… It would be beneficial to be able to download or email document prior to signing so that it can be shared with attorneys or anyone else that will assist with reviewing the document prior to signing.

Select all the comments in the Comment panel. Right click, choose PROPERTIES > GENERAL > AUTHOR. Type (or retype) your name there. Then when you click OK, the "modified" timestamps, which is what's visible on all the comments, update to the current time.
Right-click on the selected text, and then select Copy. Right-click on the selected text, and then choose Copy With Formatting. You can paste the copied text into comments, bookmarks, and documents authored in other applications.
Copy text and images from PDFs Right-click the document, and choose Select Tool from the pop-up menu. Drag to select text, or click to select an image. Right-click the selected item, and choose Copy.
The reason behind it is that scanned documents consist of images of text. If you want to copy text from a scanned document, you need to convert it to an editable PDF document. You can do that using the OCR feature in PDF converter tools.
The copy command Ctrl+C (Mac: ⌘ + C) will copy any selected annotation to the system clipboard. If an annotation is in the system clipboard when the paste command Ctrl+V (Mac: ⌘ + V) is pressed, a copy of that annotation will be placed in the center of the screen.
If it is a single object (text box or stamp logo) the box should have a heavy blueish somewhat vibrating outline around it. Right click on top of the object and select "Edit" -- "Copy" (Ctrl C). Go to the newly created file and click Edit -- Paste (Ctrl V) and then move the object to where you want it to be displayed.
