I find this really easy to use. We are travelling full-time so haven't got a printer. This saves us searching for a Library or private printer to use.

How do you copy and paste the exact format in Excel?
Another quick way to copy format in Excel is by using the keyboard shortcut for Paste Special > Formats: Select the cell from which you want to copy the format. Press Ctrl + C to copy the selected cell to the Clipboard. Select the cell(s) to which the format should be applied.
How do you copy and paste in Excel and keep formatting and formulas?
Select the cell with the formula you want to copy. Press. + C. Click the cell where you want to paste the formula. To quickly paste the formula with its formatting, press + V. Clicking the arrow gives you a list of options.
