The PDF writer worked perfect for what I needed
Pretty easy to use and worked just as advised. I needed this to fill out PDF documents vs. printing them out and hand writing them. In addition finish product is neat and looks professional.
Don't have any negatives other than if it where free it would be even better, but the fee is small in relationship to what you gain.

Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.

Excellent customer service and support
Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. The fact that this took such little time, without hassle was fantastic. Excellent company to deal with!

This has been a great for filling my forms
This has been a great help with the forms I am currently working with. It does sometimes freeze but usually if I close the program and reopen, it works fine.

This app is not flooded with ads and/or private tools as far as I could check
I just needed to merge stuff and this website (didn't know it, it just popped after a simple search) showed me tutorials for all the tools they have to make my documents complete and personalized as needed. I am here because we live in an era where an app that does not flood you with advertisement and charge your for each tool available calling some of them 'premium' or 'plus' or 'pro max' is RARE. I want to be explicitly thankful about this. Useful for the purpose of being useful. Didn't believe stuff like this existed anymore.

Can you duplicate an invoice in QuickBooks?
Go to the Sales menu and select All Sales. Open the invoice or estimate you need to copy. Select More, then select Copy. Edit the invoice or estimate as needed, then select Save.

You don't go from Invoice (actual Charges) to Estimate. You can create an estimate and use it for good comparison reporting, but is a bit late to try to Progress Invoice. You already invoiced the customer. “Open your invoice and change the template to the Estimate.”
