I find it so much easier to edit documents, and save for later. Being able to share and easily find them. As well as changing page lay outs for presentations too.

I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.

We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

A tool to get by, but far from perfect
If you can't find any other tools to fill in PDF, or if you don't want to research into other advanced tools, this is OK. It can get your work done, but you will sometimes be frustrated.
With this tool, I can fill in PDF which are not fillable by default. It saves me the trouble printing it out, filling it by hand and scanning it. It's easy to use and very straightforward.
It's costly, taking into account of what it can offer. Sometimes it's difficult to save the file, and I have to save as another file even if I write only a few words.

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.
Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing
Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

Good Software - I would recommend to others
Good software. Did what I needed it to do. The layout could be a little less cumbersome, kind of busy when you look at the screen, a lot of icons/pics and made a simpler to navigate.

How do I submit a w2c?
Step 1: Start W-2c software and set up company. Start ezW2Correction and click the top menu Current Company→Company. Step 2: Add/Edit W-2c forms. If you have hundreds or thousands of forms to correct, ezW2Correction data import feature will speed up tax form filing. Step 3: Print Your W-2c forms. Step 4: Mail W2C Forms.
How do I file w2c and w3c?
File Forms W-2c (Corrected Wage and Tax Statement) and W-3c (Transmittal of Corrected Wage and Tax Statement) as soon as possible after you discover an error. To correct a Form W-2 you have already submitted, file a Form W-2c with a separate Form W-3c for each year needing correction.
What do I do with a w2c form?
Form W2C is used to make corrections on W2s already issued. The form is used to make any and all corrections on previously issued W2s from current or past years. W2C form is prepared by entering both the previously erroneous information and the correct information.
