I have used the live chat when I was in the middle of a project and gotten an answer in minutes. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help. The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.

If you order a duplicate title from the MVA, whether on-line or in person, you will receive the title in the mail. This takes approx. 7 to 10 days. We can get it for you in 24hrs.
If your vehicle title is lost, you may replace it by processing a replacement title application at a Secretary of State branch office. ... If you need your title sooner, instant (same-day) title service is available at all branch offices. Instant title service requires the vehicle owner to appear in person.
All duplicate titles will be mailed to the primary owner within 10 business days of processing. Titles are not issued over the counter.
To perform this Duplicate Title request, you must have the vehicle title number. The charge for a Duplicate Title is $20.00. Fee is non-refundable. If you have an MVA PIN or SSN or ITIN you may request your title to be mailed to a separate mailing address.
