I have several forms that need to be filled out and faxed back to companies. I love that I can fill them out online and fax the PDF back, rather than fill in and fax by hand.

PDF FILLER
I have used this for payroll and accounting documents at work and for personal use as well. I have not had any trouble using it at all.
The ease of use if wonderful. I love how much more professional documents look when using the PDF Filler than hand writing. That is another thing I love about this software - you can do it all on the computer/laptop and just attach to an email if you need to send it to someone or print for the files if that's what is needed.
I don't believe I have anything I don't like about it!! Who like hand writing forms??

How should a table be structured?
(1) Rows and columns The row is the unit for performing operations on a table. Each row consists of data entries from one or more columns. Each column is given a column name. When an operation is performed on a table, you identify the position of an item in a row by its column name.
What is the correct command to insert a Table in a document?
For a basic table, click Insert > Table and move the cursor over the grid until you highlight the number of columns and rows you want. For a larger table, or to customize a table, select Insert > Table > Insert Table. Tips: If you already have text separated by tabs, you can quickly convert it to a table.
Should data in tables be centered?
Left-align the information in the leftmost column or stub column of the table body (but center the heading). In general, center information in all other cells of the table. However, left-align the information if doing so would improve readability, particularly when cells contain lots of text.
How should numbers usually be aligned in table cells?
By aligning numbers to the right, you create a consistent vertical alignment that makes it easier to read and compare values.
How do you format a Table for readability?
When deciding how to style and format your table, prioritize readability and remove any visual clutter that may distract the eye. Choose The Best Row Style. Use Clear Contrast. Add Visual Cues. Should dates be left or right aligned in a table?
If the first column is a date written in numbers, it is recommended to use left-align. Yes, dates are technically numbers, but they're not exactly a numerical value and it just seems odd that the first column should be right-aligned. In fact, all qualitative numbers can be flexible to accommodate such a situation.
How should tables be aligned?
Left-aligned text should be the default because it is easier to read than centered or right-aligned text. Text in the stub column should always be left-aligned. Column heading alignment should match the column alignment except that right-aligned columns should have centered headings.
