I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

I loved this software and features I loved this software and features. However it's just out of my budget right now. It would be helpful if there was a monthly subscription or payment plan. Instead of $96 all at once there should be an option to pay a monthly fee of $8.

Tap Settings to open the Settings menu. Tap Date & Time. Tap Automatic. If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected.
Open the Settings on your phone. Scroll down and tap System. Tap Date & time. Source: Joe Making / Android Central. Tap the toggle next to Use network-provided time to disable the automatic time. Tap Time and set it to the correct time. Tap OK. Source: Joe Making / Android Central.
Tap Settings to open the Settings menu. Tap Date & Time. Tap Automatic. If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected.
Open your phone's Clock app. Tap More. Settings. Under “Clock,” pick your home time zone or change the date and time. To see or hide a clock for your home time zone when you're in a different time zone, tap Automatic home clock.
If you're worried about your phone's ability to switch the time automatically, go double-check your “date & time” settings (typically under the “system” section) and make sure your time zone is set properly and that you have “automatic date & time” and/or “automatic time zone” turned on.
Check your settings Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Turn on Set Automatically1 in Settings > General > Date & Time. This automatically sets your date and time based on your time zone. To do this, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services and select Setting Time Zone.
Go to the Settings of the mobile. Scroll down the display, and find the options Date and Time under the tag of System. Go to that option. Here, you can see that the Automatic Timezone option is enabled.
