The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

Does Word 2016 have conditional formatting?
To add a conditional field in MS Word, ensure that your text cursor is located in your document where you want the conditional text to display, then click on the “Insert” tab then click on the “Quick Parts” icon in the “Text” group. Enter your conditional statement into the “Field codes” text area then click “OK”.
How do you color code a table in Word?
Highlight the cells you want to tint with a background color. Right-click one of the selected cells. Select Borders and Shading. Select the Shading tab. Select the Fill drop-down arrow to open the color chart, then choose a background color.
How do you insert an IF field in Word 2016?
Position the insertion point where you want the field to be inserted. On the Insert tab, click Explore Quick Parts and then click Field. (Optional) On the Categories list, select a category to narrow the list of field names. On the Field Names list, click the desired field name.
