My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. PDFfiller does everything I need and the fact that I can upload documents directly to the site is fantastic! The form creator isn't free, and you don't find this out until after you spend time creating your form. You have to subscribe in order to be able to download it. If you find it valuable, it's worth the price.
