We were out of town and needed an expensive package delivered to an alternate address. We needed a signed release for the courier to deliver without a signature, and this was the best way to create and eventually email that release form.

My only knock is the price
My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.

What is the file format for an fax attachment?
Hard copy is converted to TIFF or PDF data and attached to an e-mail in MIME format. Then, taking advantage of a connection to the office LAN, data is sent via TCP/IP directly to any Internet Fax on the intranet or Internet.
How do I send a file as a fax?
Open your Email program and create a new Email message just like you normally do. In the To field enter the destination Fax Number followed by @srfax.com. Attach the document(s) you want to send as a fax from Email. Click on Send to send the fax by email.
Can I fax a PDF from my computer?
You can send faxes from your computer as long as you have an Internet connection and a fax modem. Most computer users can view Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Prior to sending a PDF to a fax machine with Windows Fax, you should make sure the program is configured and ready to use.
