What do you like best?
PDFfiller was easy to use and the electronic signature feature was great. When I had a small issue customer service responded quickly and solved the problem right away.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing I really disliked, I had no problems downloading the document, filling in the required fields and electronically signing them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I was able to fill out and electronically sign a health certificate quickly and easily.

Pre Employment Applicaiton I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! This is an absolutely AMAZING service This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.

I didn't realize how much use I would… I didn't realize how much use I would make of this program, or the range of functions that it offers. I just got the free-version at first because I needed a digital signature. But now, as an academic, I find I use it all the time to share and to sign documents: now that everything is online and we have limited contact, this has become more important. I can't say that I've mastered or even noticed all the file features this program offers, but almost every time I use it I discover something new. Well worth the money!
