User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Now neither of the websites supports filling out any forms. I was extremely frustrated with this change. PDFfiller has made my life so much easier. Thank you

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response.
