Sometimes getting forms can be a little difficult

I like the fact that it is a Swiss Army knife type tool that can do editing, signatures, electronic contract signing all in one easy to use package! I use it in several of my small businesses. It is much better in my estimation than the Adobe products......

I have not experienced any current issues.

I think it has all the features that other pdf signing software offers and it's well priced! I use it on a regular basis for all my pdf signing needs.

I think user interface can be improved but so far I've gotten used to it so it's not so bad.

I signed up with pdffiller. I needed to cancel my subscription and dealt with *** at the support team. Service was excellent, they gave quick attention to my issue and promptly cancelled my account with no hassle. Very impressive professional service. My overall experience was great I loved the app and I will use it again and recommended it to y friends and family.
That It was easy to use and I could get things done that I needed to. I needed it to fill out some important information for food stamps and I was able to use the digital signature I like that a lot
I wish there had been more options as far as fonts and styles went

My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time. Locating this chat support option was easy and not hidden amongst FAQs or literature used to distract and deter you from reaching out
