PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

I LOVED IT, BUT I REALIZED THAT I THOUGHT THIS WAS SOMETHING I WOULD NEED ALL THE TIME AND IT IS NOT, SO SORRY TO SAY... I WILL BE CANCELING THIS PDF FILLER AT THIS TIME.. such an amazing site!! I love PDFfiller.com!! it makes editing forms so simple and easy! I would have rated 5 stars but I have a difficult time using it on mobile devices.. other than that it is the #1 tool I go to when I have to edit or even FIND a document using the search tool! when I finish a document I can send via TEXT, eMail, Fax, WhatsApp and so many more!! or I can just print or save for later. Thank You So Much for this wonderful site! I recommend this to anyone and everyone!!

I work with a lot of county documents that are locked for editing. PDFFiller makes it is so I can mark up and edit. This give me the ability to highlight and do take-offs with in the pdf. Thanks!
