What do you like best?
I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.
What do you dislike?
The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

This ia great service, but you shouldn't allow people to fill out entire PDFs just to push them into creating an account and starting a free trial. Be upfront.

Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.

To make sure that manufacturers and retailers didn't try to remove the tags and sell the mattress as new if it contained recycled materials, the tags stated that they can't be removed under penalty of law.
What happens if you remove mattress tag?
Sellers who remove or mutilate a tag before sale or delivery of a mattress or pillow can potentially be held liable for an unfair method of competition and an unfair or deceptive act or practice, under the Federal Trade Commission Act. If you think about it, there are good consumer warranty reasons for this rule.

How do you remove tags from pillows?
Nick the tag as close to the pillow seam as possible with a pair of sharp embroidery scissors, without damaging the fabric. Cut straight across the tag and remove it. If there is a second tag, hold it taut and cut it off. This removes most of the tags but leaves some evidence that they were attached to the seam.
