It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

Very professional and good customer support
I forgot to cancel the auto renewed subscription after my free trial and they got back to me within a day and were also very responsive. I got refunded immediately even though it was my fault for not cancelling.

I've signed up for the 30 days trial to fill out an important form via PDF file. Work & covid has been occupying me so much that I forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent in a ticket and spoke to a staff named Phoebe. She replied extremely fast, understood my situation and proceeded to help me with my refund.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Loved it. Struggled with editing sideways orientated text. Type replaced went a little wonky, it was for a quick edit to a a basic document, not an official presentation, in which case I might have required a more powerful editor.

Does HUD help with security deposit?
The rule when it comes to paying security deposits for all these will be the same. For tenants that are part of this HUD rental assistance program, the landlord may charge a security deposit up to a maximum amount of one full month's rent. The Section 8 housing agency in your state will pay the rest when due.
Do social services help security deposits?
Will the Department of Social Services pay for a security deposit? Yes, under certain circumstances explained below. DSS may provide your security deposit either by a security agreement with the landlord or by a cash security deposit. In return, the landlord will let you move in without paying a security deposit.
How do you get a security deposit assistance?
Find a Salvation Army center, Catholic Charity branch, or Saint Vincent De Paul. Anyone seeking to lease a home or apartment has other options too, as there tend to be additional local organizations they offer emergency rental deposit help.
