Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

Best Friendly user software
It was great, very useful when it came to modify and add wordings to documents or even signatures.
I like the availability to modify and edit your documents, it's very easy to use and it has so many features to get your documents corrected, sent, faxed, emailed and more.
I didn't like when adding texts to your documents, sometimes it will freeze and close the program. Then again it was the free trial.

PDFfiller is excellent
I love how easy it is to use when filling out multiple page forms such as medical forms.
Price Point. If you don't do a lot of forms/saving forms you should pay a lessor amount.

Great experience!
I was able to get the rental applications done for my house rental.
Super easy to use. Clear instructions, I found enjoyable to use this software. I'm not that good with computers but I was able to use it without much difficulties.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I had to take a little more time to find out how to get confirmation of my forms I sent, other than that it was fast and easy.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service, very quick reply and they took care of my issue immediately. Highly recommend this company. I did use the service as a free trial once and it's well worth the yearly fee if you have a need for a service where you can fill out, update and/or use .pdf documents.
