I was looking for a PDF filler software that would be easy to use, fast and reliable. Good so far; expensive, however, AND when I agreed to your discounted one year offer when I intended to cancel after one month, I didn't realize the sum offered was in addition to the $20 one month fee, so it didn't turn out to be such a great deal after all. I was canceling, because I honestly don't see myself using this much more if even ever again. However, for the discounted rate (WITHOUT the $20 added in), I thought 'why not?' I am going to evaluate over the next couple weeks to see if I really DO want to continue a subscription, discount or otherwise.

The tasks I needed to complete I was able to facilitate with PDFiller. I was later informed of a more economical manner. I manage a non-profit org. We always need to be conscious of cost.

Very easy to use. Great for completing Government forms. Minor mistakes easily corrected and the end result is much neater and legible. Saves time and paper by not having to print forms, complete them manually then scan the completed form.

I'm just beginning and not sure I'm using it correctly. what I'd like to do is to be able to simply use the icon in my internet task bar to open the account rather than have to open up pdffiller.com

It works, almost a must have thing. But not everything is perfect, there are some limited options. But you will never get it perfect because it is not an original document.

It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.

I love it but have trouble navigating some aspects.The printed version doesn't look as nice as the screen version. I love being able to complete paperwork online, filling it in and getting it sent back.
