It works and I'll keep using it!

This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Great Product
Great Product. For years I've sought out a decent option for filling forms and signing them, as an enduser, not a provider of the document. This was very easy to do. I needed my husband's signature on it and the fact that I was able to send him a notification and had him sign from his phone REALLY made my day. AWESOME!!!

Can conveyance deed be challenged?
The said deed of conveyance is not a valid title deed as per law for want of being registered, and it can be challenged in the Court of law. The unregistered convenience deed is not valid even though a confirmation deed was executed.
Can conveyance deed be Cancelled?
- No, the Sale & Conveyance deed cannot be cancelled, once executed. — Further, neither additional commissioner / Commissioner of Corporation department, and nor the Registrar having the power to cancelling the same as per law. — But, it can be challenge and cancelled by the order of the Court only.
How do I cancel a conveyance deed?
Sale deed once executed and registered can not be cancelled or evoked by the parties anymore. Only the court can set aside the deed on the proof of force or fraud behind execution of this. Another option is re conveyance by the buyer.
What if conveyance deed is lost?
When an original deed is lost the public may be notified through a newspaper of the loss of the original title deeds and claims may be invited within a specified period. Thereafter, if there are no claims within the specified period, the advocate may issue a certificate to this effect.
