Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. Great app! Use it on my phone which is great and handy in situations where documents need to be signed and done in a hurry. Only down fall is mailing documents sometimes gets sent to spam or junk mail. So tell your recipient to check their spam box just incase.

When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

Few years with pdffiller
I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

Great software program, lots of useful and dynamic features, good trial offer - better than all comp., fairly user friendly interface given some basic computer skills, etc. There are a few limitations or features that if were avail., I would increase my rating to 5 instead of 4. Thank you..
