What do you like best?
I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.

I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

Great PDF
Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed.
There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.

I absolutely love, PDF filler. It is so easy to create forms whether I use them as fillable or not, they are terrific. I love that I can name each form and save each form. It's so easy to print my new forms. I'm actually having the time of my life creating them, it's actually fun I know no one else is probably going to say that but I think it's really fun to use. I am 59 years old and this is better than Etch-a-Sketch back in the day and that says a lot lol I would highly recommend pdfFiller to anyone and I have. I own 3 medical practices and we have forms forms and more forms. PDF filler has been just an absolute lifesaver. I've also use it for personal forms that I need. I haven't had a need to use any of the pre templates that are available. I'm just so thrilled that I found pdfFiller. I actually purchased two Remarkable tablets for my practice and that was a disaster. It was an unremarkable purchase to say the least. It's just not that great when it comes to creating a beautiful document, it just wasn't for us. So glad that I went on Google and found pdfFiller. I am happy business owner!

Works Perfectly!
I don't typically need a lot of editing, but what I do need this service does perfectly. No guessing about what you need to do like with some other apps, and although I do sort of enjoy the uncertainty of wondering whether things will actually edit or not pdfFiller has definitely helped me be more productive.

Can w2 forms be filled out by hand?
You might wonder, Can a W-2 be handwritten? No, it cannot. It is unacceptable to send handwritten W-2 forms to employees and the SSA. You should print your Forms W-2 instead.
Can you fold w2 forms?
Because Form W-2 is printed with two forms on a single page, send in the whole Copy A page (the page printed with red ink) to the SSA even if one form is blank or void. Don't cut or fold the page. Don't staple Forms W-2 to each other or to Form W-3.
Do w2 forms have to be typed?
Can a W2 Be Handwritten? The Social Security Administration scans the images of your earnings into a computer and transfers them to the Internal Revenue Service. That practice means W-2s must be typed in black ink, and must be in 12 point Couriers font.
Where do employers send w2 forms?
Send the forms by U.S. Postal Service to the Social Security Administration at: Data Operations Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18769-0001.
Can you fold w3 forms?
Do not staple or tape Form W-3 to the related Forms W-2 or Forms W-2 to each other. These forms are machine read. Staple holes or tears interfere with machine reading. Also, do not fold Forms W-2 and W-3.
How do I fill out a w2 for an employee?
Understanding the W-2. Before spending time on filling out any form, be sure you are using the correct one. Choose Your Filing Format. Gather Employee Wage Information. Enter Data Into Each Form. Review Your Completed W-2s. Print and Distribute Your Forms. Submit Forms to the SSA.
How do I electronically file a w2?
You must provide a copy of your Forms W-2 to the authorized IRS e-file provider before the provider sends the electronic return to the IRS. You don't need to send your Forms W-2 to the IRS and should keep them in a safe place with a copy of your tax return.
Can I file my w2 online?
You can e-file W-2 forms online at the SSA's Business Services Online (BSO) website. It is free and secure. The SSA very much prefers that you use this option rather than submit paper records.
