Student charged 115€ despite cancelling…
Student charged 115€ despite cancelling free trial – very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on pdffiller. I had signed up for the free trial, made sure to cancel it before the end, and yet I was still charged €115.20 for a full annual subscription without my consent.
I am a student, and this unexpected charge has pushed my bank account into overdraft, causing me financial stress. I never agreed to any paid subscription, and when I log into my account, it still shows as “free”, proving that I had cancelled on time.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized that many other customers are facing the exact same issue — this seems to be a recurring problem.
I have contacted customer support and sincerely hope they will resolve this quickly and refund me. But this situation is really unfair and unacceptable.

How do you confirm an appointment by text?
Address Contacts by Name. Using your customer's name is a nice touch that makes your message more personal. Include Date, Time, and Location. Include Information on How to Change Their Appointment. Include Support Number.
What do you say when confirming an appointment?
Dear Mr./Mrs./Ms./Dr./ followed by their last name. I am writing to confirm. I would like to confirm. This letter is to confirm, or I am happy to confirm. I would like to confirm our meeting tomorrow August 7th at 10 am. Please inform me if you need additional information
How do you confirm a customers' appointment?
Keep this message friendly and straightforward. Tell the customer the date and time that their appointment is set for. Gently, yet firmly, remind them of any cancellation policies you may have. If there are any other critical items for them to prepare, bring, or know before the appointment, reiterate them.
Do you have to call back to confirm an appointment?
A confirmation call requires a call or contact back to personally acknowledge the appointment. If there are left message indicators on the computer schedule, this is a red flag that the patient did not get the message or is waffling about committing to being there.
How do you confirm a meeting?
Remind them that a meeting has been scheduled. Mention the date, time, and location. Ask them to confirm their attendance within a time frame.

Your address, phone number, email and date (in the top right corner) The recipients name and address (underneath your details, on the left) To whom it may concern or Dear Mr./Mrs. Reason for writing the letter: I am writing to arrange an appointment with you in the upcoming week.
