I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. Firstly, thank you for this beautiful pdf editor. Lately I was in need of pdf editors and most of them were either paid or working bad, but pdffiller looks clean and easier to use than other free online pdf editors.

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.
What do you dislike?
I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.

Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.

I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!

I've been using Pdffiller for several years now and couldn't have asked for anything more from this company. I recently upgraded my account to premium for even more services. I'll be around with this company for many more years!

PDF Filler is a great tool for me and my business. However, more fonts would be nice rather than the few that are available, around 10 or so. Also, if I can use art as a watermark instead of just script, that would be amazing. Otherwise, PDFFiller gets the job well done.

What do you like best?
I love how I can neatly complete compliance filings that don't have a fillable PDF format using PDF filler. I can type on the form in PDF filler instead of having to print a hard copy and hand write or use a typewriter - who even has access to one of those anymore, lol?
What do you dislike?
It can be tricky to get the alignment just right and then save the completed document.
