Helpful, does what I need to do. The only reason I gave it four stars is because you can't see the comments unless you are online and sometimes I am traveling to places without wifi access so it would be nice to view my downloaded documents and see the comments I attached to them.

I like having this resource as an option.
I like that it offers a clean, crisp look for documents.
The forms or finished forms look very neat when they are typed. It seems like a great option for persons to use when their handwriting is not legible.
The words do not stay within the lines. I used the software recently and the office manager had to retype the form because the words did not fit.

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)

How do I send a PDF Link?
I suggest you gather all your information in a Google Docs file. ...
Select the word or phrase you want to be hyperlinked.
Go to insert link button.
Write the destination URL, click Ok.
Turn your doc to PDF (Click File, then Download as and select PDF Document)
How do I share a PDF on Google?
Head up to the File menu > scroll down to the Email as attachment option.
In the Attachment as dropdown menu, you'll see that it defaults to PDF, but you can easily change this to a .docx Word document file, plain text, or a few other options if you prefer as well.
