I loved it but need to know more about how to use it I dont know how to blank out the form once I have filled it out, saved it, and put it in the folder. I want to use it again but it has the old information on it help email me my phone is broken and i will not have it back until tomorrow

The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

Everything is easy to use
Everything is easy to use. I was having some issues faxing and got a quick response from support. Other than that great experience so far. It would be cool if I could request documents from clients where they can upload and it would go to my docs in pdf filler.

A fine program, useful, optimal, and perfect for what it's for.
Ease of use, its incredibly easy and fast for the task.
Could be cleaned up a bit. Lots of options that are a bit messy.

Able to change words on documents-So helpful
I was unable to find a pdf editor that allowed me to change the words already provided on the forms. This has been a God send. Thank you for creating this program for people to use. The charge for using this program is a little expensive but I am extremely grateful for a 30 day trial. Thank you again.

Great software
Loved the ease of this software - it saves lots of time.
This software is so so easy to use and makes filling out forms then saving those forms so much easier.
I found no cons with the use of this software. It was so easy to use and eliminated filling out by hand.

How long does it take to file an affidavit?
In the Supreme, County and City Courts, the Affidavit of Service must be filed by 20 days or less from the date the papers were left or mailed whichever is later. Service is finished 10 days after the filing and the defendant's time to Answer starts to run.
How long can an affidavit be?
However, your Affidavit can be no more than 5 pages long, unless you have permission from the Court to have a longer Affidavit. (However, if you are setting your application into Special Chambers, your Affidavit can be 8 pages long.)
How long does it take for an affidavit to expire?
It does not have an expiration date, but if acceptable evidence shows that the statements made were false, the affine may be charged with perjury and the affidavit might be disregarded as evidence. A statement might be true at the time it is made but might become untrue later.
What does an affidavit look like?
Affidavits. Most affidavits look similar to this sample affidavit in format and most require the same steps to make them fully legal. You'll sign the document in front of a notary public, who will then sign his or her name, attesting that you knew what you were signing and that he or she witnessed the signature.
How long is an affidavit valid in India?
No validity period has been prescribed under law. It is not correct to say that the validity period of an Affidavit is 6 months. Affidavits signed properly and written with correct facts has no expiry date. There is no validity period for an affidavit.
How long does it take to file a small estate affidavit?
Small Estate Affidavits typically take about 10 days to wind their way through most courts. You can always contact the court's clerk or case coordinator and check on the status of your case.
Does a small estate affidavit need to be filed with the court?
Typically small estate affidavits are provided to financial institutions or the DMV and would not need to be filed with the court. There are some exceptions though- including when the decedent was under guardianship prior to death.
How do I get a small estate affidavit?
Visit the appropriate court office. Check the court's limits for the estate's value. Obtain the correct affidavit form. Fill out the affidavit in full. Sign the affidavit. Obtain a death certificate.
