I used to have Adobe Acrobat DC
I used to have Adobe Acrobat DC, which became too expensive for my low usage. I had then tried many alternatives and PDF Filler is the quickest to use online and PDF's are quick to edit without errors. Very comfortable. I am very satisfied.

Basic PDF Editor
I use it for PDFs for our Escrow files. We have clients sign docs and we can make changes to anything that they send us and then send to them to sign off on it
It is easy and very good for a basic PDF editor. You can make simple changes and save it so it looks exactly like a PDF should. You can add and edit text, highlight, adjust sizing, etc.
It is too basic but i understand that it is not Adobe. I wish I could edit the text that is in the PDF more easily to make it match and all look seamless

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. Can I file my taxes with a picture of my w2?
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/mobile/ (if you don't already have it) on the iOS or Android device you want to use to snap the picture. Open the app, sign in, and navigate to the W-2 photo screen: Tap Wages & Income (under Federal Taxes). Select the option to work on your W-2.
Can I scan my w2?

Can TurboT ax pull my w2?
TurboT ax does not have a copy of your W-2the Wage & Tax Statement issued to you by your employer, (nor does TurboT ax have copies of your 1099's). You should always save those documents for your own records. You could ask the employer(s) for copies, or you can get a copy from Social Security (for a fee of $86).
How do I scan w2 on TurboT ax?
Select the menu icon in the upper left.
Select Federal, then Wages & Income.
Under Wages and income, select Job (W-2), on the next screen, select Work on my W-2 now, and select Continue. If you've already entered a W-2, select Add another W-2.
Is a printed w2 acceptable?
You may print government accepted black and white laser W-2 Copy A and W-3 forms on plain paper (there is no need to buy preprinted red W-2 Copy A or W-3 forms). The IRS requires the use of perforated paper for any Employee Copy W-2 that is printed on plain paper.
Can I find my w2 online?
Your W2 may be available online through the Tax Form Management system if your employer is registered. If you still don't receive your W2 after you've requested a copy from your employer and the IRS, you can send a Form 4852 Substitute for Form W2, Wage, and Tax Statement.
Can I import my w2?
Yes, if your employer's payroll system is ADP or Equifax you can import your W-2 information directly once your W-2 is sent out. If you can import your W-2 from your employer's payroll software, we will ask you for just a few more pieces of info to complete this process.
