With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. So far good. It has been challenging to learn how to use this. It has taken much application and chatting with your customer service reps, who have all been awesome. I won't say it's the easiest to learn but it's easy to use (if that makes any sense). We still can't explain why my msn email blocks pdf filler or pdf filler won't send it to my msn (not sure which). It never shows up in my spam/junk filter there and your website shows it sent. My gmail emails work fine using this.

Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.

At first, not good....too expensive for a one time use. Sarah's response was great and her instructions were, too. She convinced me to use the program gratis to see how it works. It was fantastic.

It works. After dealing with another program for five years, that suddenly became dysfunctional as they upgraded, we are happy to have landed into your world.

Very helpful in wrestling with PDF documents. The software allows moving around the type and signing, which is nice.

It is a great tool that anybody can use
It is a great tool that anybody can use. It does not matter what type of business, school, or type of work you do you will get out of this service if you have to continually deal with PDF documents. Do you need to sign something? Check. Do you need to change a shipping label by a major retailer for a return? check. Tax documents? check. For real, I'm just a regular stay at home dad and I use this AT LEAST twice a month.
