Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. I paid for a year, doubtful I'll use it more than a few times. Would have preferred a "This Time Only" charge. But I like the ease of the product.

Having the option to save a filled form as a template is very helpful. The customization and array of options is allowing me to complete tasks, for which I previously needed multiple programs.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!
