It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. My only knock is the price
My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.
