I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. Very useful. Some issues with mobile devices filling out fillable forms and not all the data showing up on the completed form. Loading times could be a little faster. Also, I shouldn't have to give the app approval to access my email each time I upload a new file from my gmail account. Once should be enough, and the connection should be remembered, but it's not.

I write reports for evaluations. Litigation has mandated that these reports be quite extensive. Handwriting them took hours. Scanning the forms into a pdf and allowing me to edit them is immeasurably helpful to maintaining my sanity.

The product is great and very easy to use. I had started a free trial for one time use, but forgot to cancel it and was charged for a full year, but when I contacted them they refunded my money straight away with no questions asked. I wish all companies were as good to deal with as this!

It is a convenient application which allows professional appearance to forms. I am a little concerned about shared documents which need editing if the recipient is not a subscriber.

I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my issues!
