Initially, it was a bit difficult to insert the text; but after a while I discovered the "T" tool for aligning texts. I also like the fact that I had choices for signatures.

Why is my PowerPoint too large to email?
Powerpoints can get rather large, especially when using pictures. As email attachments are limited in size to 20MB, you may need to compress your pictures to get the file size down.
How do I change resolution in PowerPoint?
Select the Slide Show tab. From the Set Up group, select Set Up Slide Show . In the Multiple monitors section, from the Slide show monitor drop-down list, select Primary Monitor . From the Resolution drop-down list, select a resolution and then click OK .
