To obtain a bank draft, just head to your bank. An employee will withdraw money from your account and transfer it to an account in the bank's name. Then you will be issued a bank draft, which is a document made out in the name of the person who will receive the money.
No, unlike a bank check, Bank Draft is not transferable. A bank draft can be encased “through an account” only by the beneficiary in whose favor the Draft is issued/ made. Nobody else can cash the bank draft other than the person/ organization to whom it is intended.
A Cashier's Check is drawn on the issuing bank, while a Banker's Draft is drawn on funds the issuing bank has on deposit in another bank. They are not common in the United States, where they are often called Teller's Checks. In any case, most banks will cash any Bankers Draft, and they should be as good as cash.
Since the buyer has already paid the funds to obtain the bank draft, the only means of effectively canceling the draft is to have the seller cash it and return the funds to the buyer. As long as the bank can verify that the draft has not been cashed, it can cancel it and issue a new, replacement draft.
How long does a banker's draft take to clear? The money on banker's draft is accessible four days after it's been paid in. However, you won't be sure it's cleared (the money is really yours) until six working days after it's been paid it in. If you spend the money in the meantime, you might have to pay it back.

You usually have to include the name of your bank, the type of your bank account, your name as it appears on your bank account statements and your bank account number. You may also have to provide the bank's details, such as phone number, address and transit number.
