My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I started using PDFfiller instead, and requested a full refund from the other service. They refunded my money. I have had great luck finding everything I need for this divorce. pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.

How do you fill out a bank draft?
To obtain a bank draft, just head to your bank. An employee will withdraw money from your account and transfer it to an account in the bank's name. Then you will be issued a bank draft, which is a document made out in the name of the person who will receive the money.
Can a bank draft be cashed by anyone?
No, unlike a bank check, Bank Draft is not transferable. A bank draft can be encased “through an account” only by the beneficiary in whose favor the Draft is issued/ made. Nobody else can cash the bank draft other than the person/ organization to whom it is intended.
Can a bank draft be cashed?
A Cashier's Check is drawn on the issuing bank, while a Banker's Draft is drawn on funds the issuing bank has on deposit in another bank. They are not common in the United States, where they are often called Teller's Checks. In any case, most banks will cash any Bankers Draft, and they should be as good as cash.
What if a bank draft is not cashed?
Since the buyer has already paid the funds to obtain the bank draft, the only means of effectively canceling the draft is to have the seller cash it and return the funds to the buyer. As long as the bank can verify that the draft has not been cashed, it can cancel it and issue a new, replacement draft.
How long does it take to cash a bank draft?
How long does a banker's draft take to clear? The money on banker's draft is accessible four days after it's been paid in. However, you won't be sure it's cleared (the money is really yours) until six working days after it's been paid it in. If you spend the money in the meantime, you might have to pay it back.
Is it safe to post a bank draft?
Sending a bank draft in the post can lead to disaster. Bank drafts are seen as a safe way to transfer funds, particularly in house purchases, but many users are unaware that they will be held liable for drafts lost in the post — even if they have not signed for them.
Do you need to sign a bank draft?
Obtaining a bank draft requires that the payer has already deposited funds equal to the check amount and applicable fees with the issuing bank. The bank creates a check to the payee drawn on the bank's own account. A bank cashier or officer signs the check. A bank draft functions similarly to a cashier's check.
What is required for a bank draft?
You usually have to include the name of your bank, the type of your bank account, your name as it appears on your bank account statements and your bank account number. You may also have to provide the bank's details, such as phone number, address and transit number.
