Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.

I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!

If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!

jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion.
This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements,
hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here!

How do I bookmark a document?
Select text, a picture, or a place in your document where you want to insert a bookmark. Click Insert > Bookmark. Under Bookmark name, type a name and click Add. Note: Bookmark names need to begin with a letter. They can include both numbers and letters, but not spaces.

What is an electronic bookmark? Electronic bookmarks work in much the same way as the little plastic or paper bookmarking tabs you add to printed filings. They are simply shortcuts to specific sections of a document which, when clicked, will take the reader directly to that section.
How do I automatically add bookmarks to a PDF?
In Word: click File, Save As, then Browse to select a folder to save to. On the Save As dialog, in the File name area, enter the file name. Click the Save as type drop-down and select PDF (*. Pdf). Click Options Check Create bookmarks using: and select Headings. Click OK. Click Save.
