I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. Now I'm considering filing a formal complaint, unless my $20 renewal fee is credited back to my account ASAP!

I have several forms that need to be filled out and faxed back to companies. I love that I can fill them out online and fax the PDF back, rather than fill in and fax by hand.

It's easy to use, the options are perfect for our use, and I can email directly out of the program. I like the entire program - it's just perfect and it's very professionally designed.

Every now and then, I have difficulty aligning the text in the exact part of the open field area that I'm working on in the document.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. If I had the option to put 100 stars, I would. This product is fantastic. There are small issues with reformatting, but I think the user can get over that.

easy to upload signature
I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

Should a footer be on every page of a letter?
Usually such text will be a running head or running foot at the top or bottom of the page, but header and footer content is not confined to the top and bottom.
