Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. This is an awesome program. I've searched for a long time and haven't been satisfied with what was available on the internet. This is a program that does what it says it can do and does it very well... finally!

One form worked well, but on another one (SF-2823) it was impossible for me to change the font size using the instructions that were given in the description of the form. I tried for a couple of hours and got nowhere!

Very helpful in wrestling with PDF documents. The software allows moving around the type and signing, which is nice.

What do you dislike?
The text writing font options are few and when the writing box dissapears the text changes size and font that what it was displayed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More font options and ability to match font of the original document. When editing in a document your software changes the size and font of the edited text.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

How do I force a page break?
Click inside the paragraph in question. Choose Paragraph from the Format menu. Click the Line and Page Breaks tab. Select the Page Break Before option, and click OK.

Why can't I insert a page break in Word?
